We can help with prompting hygiene reminders like brushing teeth and taking a shower. We can assist with helping you create routines surrounding personal hygiene.
We can assist in household chores with your active participation. We can help you create routines and make lists to ensure you are meeting the requirements of you housing to help you prepare for any housing inspections that may occur.
We can help assist with prepping meals ahead of time and preparing ingredients for daily meals.
We can help you create a shopping list, look for coupons and accompany you to the grocery store. We can also help you organize and put away your groceries away as needed.
We can help you with budgeting to ensure all important bills are paid and help you create routines for that management whether it is connecting with your payee on a regular basis or prompting you to check funds prior to running errands.
We understand that sticking to a schedule may be difficult for some. We try to work on systems to help you navigate your individual struggles. For some these are alarms, calendars, sticky notes, planners, etc. We can provide support and assist with creating systems that work best for you.
We can help with health and safety around the home including decluttering and proper kitchen utensil handling. We can provide support in safe engagement out in the community and connecting you to the crisis support line if needed.
