Owners
Kirsti Delahunty and Andy Delahunty are the proud owners of NW Habilitation Services. Their role is to ensure that the company strives daily to achieve its core values! Integrity, Commitment to Excellence, Accountability, and Communication. Since 2012, Andy and Kirsti have been working with and supporting the Portland area mental health community, in part, due to meaningful experiences with mental illness in their family. The Delahunty’s are grateful that through the company they are able to work with such wonderful people and witness clients become successful in achieving their goals. It is their mission to continue supporting that client success. When home, Andy and Kirsti spend time with their three wonderful children who keep them moving and serving in their community.
Accounting Supervisor
Carman Tobias is the Accounting Supervisor for NW Habilitations Services. Her focus is to ensure payroll is completed and handles most other financial related matter for NW Hab. She has been in the industry for about 17 years and enjoys contributing to other’s journey to a sense of wellness. When Carman is out of the office you can find her reading, relaxing with a paint by number Canvas’ and maximizing time outside in her garden during the summer.
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Felicia oversees most operational aspects of the company. She divides her time between staff, clients, and community partners. For Felicia, NW Hab provides a great place to grow both personally and professionally. She appreciates the community that NW Hab offers to both clients and staff. On days off, Felicia enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. She loves to get outdoors as much as possible and enjoys bowling on rainy days.
HR Specialist
Shannon is our HR Specialist and spends her time in office handling day to day company compliance and manages hiring and company policy practices. She is grateful for the opportunity to help NW Hab grow and support an amazing group of Direct Support Specialists who have such a positive impact on the lives of our clients. When Shannon is not at work you can find her spending time with her family and has a passion for all things arts and crafts.
Senior Program Manager
Adrian Kljucec is our Westside Senior Program Manager, who has a passion for working and offering support to people for as long as he can remember. Adrian provides support to client through the onboarding process and developing client-centered support plans. He also provides amazing support to field staff through training and facilitating first-time meet and greets between staff and clients. While working with NW Habilitation Services he has seen the positive impact our services have and is grateful to have an incredibly supportive team and positive work environment. When Adrian is not on the job, you can find him spending time in the garden, cooking, following creative pursuits and going on adventures!
Assistant Program Manger
Olivia Mitchel is our Assistant Program Manager. As APM, Olivia plays a key role in providing support to field staff and facilitates first-time meetings between staff and clients. She also composes support plans and works on implementing tools for our staff to feel confident and comfortable in the field. Olivia has 2 years experience in mental health and started her journey at NW as a DSS. She has a passion for learning about others and appreciates the opportunity of getting to meet a variety of people through NW Hab, who all have their own unique stories and experiences to share. When Olivia is not on the job she enjoys reading, watching scary movies, and doing off-key karaoke on weekends.
Client Onboarding Specialist
Abby Mitchell is our Client Onboarding Specialist and part of our scheduling team. She spends part of her day focused on making sure that clients are renewed each year and that new referrals are submitted for approval. As part of the scheduling team, she helps create new schedules for incoming staff and day scheduling changes for our current field staff. Abby holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and 2.5 years of experience in Mental Health and related fields. She loves being a part of a unique program that creates a positive impact for clients we support. In her free time, Abby enjoys soccer, going to the movies and hanging out with her dog.
Compliance Coordinator
Alena Salley is our Compliance Coordinator and a part of the scheduling team. Her focus is ensuring our company policy and practices are in line with Medicaid guidelines. She also ensures staff remain confident in their schedule so they can continue to consistently support our clients. Alena obtained her degree in Psychology and first started as a DSS with the company. She is proud to be a part of NW Hab and sees the positive impact on the community and the personal growth for herself, staff, and clients alike. When out of the office Alena enjoys reading and spending time with friends as well as a fun session of Dungeons and Dragons!
